Motivational Interviewing
(MI)

Instead of being told what to do, you’re supported in discovering your strengths, your potential, and what truly matters to you. It’s a calm, judgment-free process that helps you work through hesitation, build confidence, and create motivation that comes from within—not from pressure or force.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
(EMDR)
EMDR helps you heal from past traumas. Guided eye movements help your brain reprocess these experiences, so the memories feel less intense and you can feel calmer and more in control.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
